A Syracuse woman effectively utilized pepper spray to deter an attacking man. Fortunately she sustained only mild injuries because she was successfully able to deploy her self defense spray to escape to safety. Police have yet to catch the suspect. Well I have to tell you, this article is actually refreshing compare to the one I had just read on a young man who is fighting for his life due to a gunshot wound trying to help a female who was robbed. It's nice to see that people are carrying self defense weapons and using them accordingly. I don't mean to make light of any attack situation by no means, I'm just glad to read about someone who while an unfortunate attack happened upon her, at least was prepared and used her self defense tool and made it through the incident with minor injuries.
